The learning content delivered by e-LfH covers a wide range of specialty and non-specialty topics.
The e-learning aimed at medical staff and clinical specialties such as anaesthetics, primary care and radiology is available free of charge via the e-LfH Learning Management System (LMS). Access to this e-learning is granted via the e-LfH website and the respective Colleges.
The non-specialty, generic e-learning created by e-LfH will be made available on the National LMS (NLMS). The NLMS is an e-learning platform fully integrated with the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) which offers e-learning free of charge to all NHS employees with a staff record on ESR in England. Being integrated with ESR means results can be recorded against an individual's portable employee record.
e-LfH e-learning content will be introduced on a gradual basis on the NLMS over the coming months. Currently, the following e-LfH e-learning is available on the NLMS:

As access to the NLMS is introduced on a Trust by Trust basis, individual NHS staff members wishing to use the e-LfH e-learning on the NLMS should contact their Learning and Development or HR department to see if access is available or when it will be granted.
