How to access

In order to access any e-LfH programme, you will need an e-LfH account. If you do not have one, then you can register by selecting the Register button in the top right hand corner of the page.

If you already have an account with e-LfH, then you can enrol on to the Supporting Self Care programme by logging in to the e-LfH Hub, selecting My Account > Enrolment and selecting the programme. You can then access the programme immediately in the My e-Learning section.

General Practice (e-GP)

The Supporting Self Care programme was created as part of the e-GP programme and is embedded inside e-GP. Therefore, if you already have access to e-GP, you do not need to register for Supporting Self Care.

If you work in General Practice and wish to register for e-GP, please follow the Register link above and select General Practice (e-GP).

NHS healthcare staff in England

The Supporting Self Care programme is also available to NHS healthcare staff via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). Accessing this e-Learning via ESR means that your completions will transfer with you throughout your NHS career.
