FAQ

How do I access DITOGI?

All the trainees in the NHS West Midlands rotation who are required to complete DITOGI 2017 are pre-registered and informed of their login details.  If you have not received your login details, please contact mmcteam.wm@hee.nhs.ukto request access.

When should it be completed?

Trainees are expected to have completed all of the 18 modules by mid July 2017 in advance of the August start, or at least 2 weeks before commencing in post for those who start after August. Failure to do so may result in a delay to their start date.

Is DITOGI a replacement of Trust and departmental Inductions?

The online induction is not a replacement or substitute for Trust and departmental inductions. Eliminating repetition of material covered in this online induction is the responsibility of all Trusts.

Do I have to do all 18 modules?

Dental trainees and Public Health trainees only need to complete 13 modules. All other trainees must complete all 18 modules.

Can I print off a certificate of completion?

Successful completion of all the 18 modules of DITOGI will generate a certificate which you can save or print.  NB – No certificate of completion is issued for Dental and Public trainees who may do a screenshot of their learning record as evidence of completion.

I have completed a previous version of DITOGI.  How can I access my certificate?

Previous versions of DITOGI are no longer available for access.  Your completion is already recorded on Intrepid – the trainee database.  Please contact your Trust medical education department for your learning recorded on Intrepid Pathway.

How can I access reporting for my Trust?

Please contact mmcteam.wm@hee.nhs.uk to arrange appropriate access.

I have difficulties in working on the screen of my mobile device.

Such difficulties may be due to the operating system of your mobile device.  Please use mobile devices of Android 7 and above.
