About the Recruitment Assessor Training programme

Every year thousands of trainees are recruited to healthcare programmes across a wide-range of clinical specialties via standardised national processes. This interactive e-learning programme has been created to support assessors involved in the recruitment process. The resource has been designed to help support those who are new to the recruitment and selection process as well as provide a refresher for experienced assessors on the standards and processes adhered to with the selection and recruitment of doctors and other clinical professions.

Using e-Learning for Healthcare as a platform for learning, the aim of this programme is to provide an educational tool, accessible to all assessors, to help ensure national recruitment is conducted consistently and fairly.
