New Supervision for Multi-Professional Teams e-learning programme now available

Supervision for Multi-Professional Teams

Health Education England elearning for healthcare (HEE elfh) have worked in partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement and Health Education England to develop a new, free elearning programme to support multi-professional teams across the NHS to understand the basis of supervision in the workplace.

The Supervision for multi-professional teams elearning programme aims to provide an overview of the Core Supervision model through several resources including a core model and operational resources.

This elearning programme has been developed to support with the ‘Core model of supervision for multi-professional teams’, initiated by The GPN 10 Point Plan. The plan was led by the Chief Nursing Officer for England and its overarching focus is to build and develop the capacity and capability needed to be seen across the whole primary care workforce in order to enable the health and care workforce to manage more people’s health closer to home, as well as building GPN capability to support improved and innovative approaches in delivering health and wellbeing.

How to access the elearning

The Supervision for multi-professional teams programme is available to the health and care workforce via HEE elfh.
