About the programme

This elearning programme aims to support those working towards improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) services, for patients and service users struggling with the impact of long COVID as a long-term condition. This module complements the IAPT Long-Term Conditions elearning programme.

About the elearning

The elearning session will be beneficial for anyone working in IAPT services, including those in administrative and clerical roles, supporting patients and service users with mental health problems, including low mood, anxiety and depression, related to the experience of long COVID.

The session takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete, and a certificate is available to download after completion to evidence continuing professional development.

Acknowledgments

We would like to extend special thanks to all of our subject matter experts for their time and expertise to help us launch this learning. Their contributions will help us to improve access to IAPT services and health outcomes for patients and service users with long COVID.
