Health Education England’s elearning for healthcare (HEE elfh) programme is riding a surge in its elearning usage with more users than ever accessing the HEE elfh Hub!

HEE elfh works in partnership with the NHS and professional bodies including Royal Colleges and associations, NHS organisations, charities and other health and care organisations, to support patient care by providing elearning to educate and train the health and care workforce.

In October 2019, there were 911,263 session launches on the HEE elfh Hub, making it the most successful month in elearning for healthcare’s history. October’s usage is the continuation of another triumphant 12 months for HEE elfh, with a staggering 13.8 million elearning sessions launched between July 2018 and June 2019 on the elfh Hub alone. This level of activity is testament to the increasing demand for high-quality elearning content for the health and care workforce.

HEE elfh’s programmes provide an “anytime, anywhere” learning opportunity for those working in health and social care. The content is created by a team of experts to enhance traditional learning and support existing teaching methods, with many programmes also including an e-assessment option providing learners and trainers with evidence of progress.

HEE elfh’s programmes are available to access free of charge on the HEE elfh Hub, the Electronic Staff Record, on local systems using AICC links and via OpenAthens.
