IV Therapy Passport Course: Download your certificates

Posted on: October 22nd, 2025 by Charlotte Murray No Comments

The current version of the IV Therapy Passport course will soon be updated and moved to the Learning Hub.

If you have already started this course, please make sure you complete all 7 modules by 21 November 2025 and download and save your certificates as soon as possible. Once the course moves to the Learning Hub, you will no longer be able to access or download certificates from this version.

For some learners, certificates may have automatically transferred to your NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) on completion of the course. To check, please log into your ESR account and check under the My Learning tab on the left-hand side of the screen. For those who don’t have a certificate, please download this from your account on the elfh platform.

To access your certificates on the elfh platform please login to your account: https://portal.e-lfh.org.uk/, once there, click My elearning and scroll through to IV Therapy Passport. Click on the course icon and a list of modules will appear on the right-hand side. To download your certificate please click the white document icon, this will download a copy of your certificate to your computer.

Please ensure you download your certificates from the elfh platform before the 21 November. After this date we cannot guarantee you will be able to access the certificate for this course as an updated version is being launched on the Learning Hub.

If you have not yet started the course, please wait for the new, updated version, which will be available in early November 2025. We will share further details and access information soon.

4 sessions added to administrative triage programme

Posted on: April 20th, 2023 by Louise Garrahan No Comments

The Administrative Triage Using Digital Tools in General Practice programme has been updated with an additional 4 sessions.

Developed in partnership with NHS England and the Practice Managers Association, the programme supports general practice admin staff to design their practice workflow in sorting, signposting, and delivering
administrative triage. The sessions aim to support an inclusive approach to managing demand and workload in a general practice setting.

The resources each take approximately 10 to 20 minutes to complete and cover the following topics:

  • Effective communication techniques
  • Spotting and responding promptly to red flags
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy for patients and their carers and ensuring digital inclusion
  • Alerts and codes for reporting

The sessions focus on how administrative triage and online consultation systems can support your day-to-day practice. They complement the existing 5 sessions which cover topics including promotion and remote working, taking a patient through an online consultation and signposting.

For more information and to access the sessions please visit the Administrative Triage Using Digital Tools in General Practice programme page.
