Aligned to the NHS Long Term Plan, online resources which provide an overview of CVD care across the entire patient pathway and promote better patient care were selected for a new Cardiovascular Disease Toolkit in the Cardiovascular Disease elearning programme. The toolkit can be used for training and development by the health and social care workforce, including multi-disciplinary teams.
