HEE elearning for healthcare has worked with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Royal College of General Practitioners to produce a resource on managing frequent A&E attenders.
The bite-sized course takes around 20 minutes to complete and will equip learners with the knowledge to apply reflective practice in their day-to-day work with patients. It seeks to empower A&E staff to focus on what they do best; treating patients and saving lives.
